MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pasta With Prosciutto Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Pork, Cheese, Herbs Yield: 4 Servings 16 oz Linguine 1/2 c Peas; thawed 2 tb Garlic; minced 1 tb Italian seasoning 1 ts Pepper 1/4 c Olive oil 1/2 lb Thin sliced prosciutto or - deli ham; chopped 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; shredded Cook linguine according to package directions, adding peas in the last 3 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, saute garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper in oil until garlic is tender, about 1 minute. Stir in prosciutto. Drain linguine and peas; add to skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
