MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Quick Beef & Noodles
 Categories: Pasta, Mushrooms, Beef, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 servings

  2 1/2 c  Uncooked yolk-free noodles
    1/3 c  Fresh mushrooms; sliced
    1/3 c  Onion; chopped
      1 tb Olive oil
  1 1/4 c  Beef broth
      6 oz Deli roast beef; diced
    1/8 ts Pepper
           Sour cream (optional)
           Fresh parsley; minced (optional)

  Cook noodles according to package directions. In a large
  skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in oil until tender.
  Add broth, roast beef and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

  Drain noodles; stir into skillet. If desired, top with
  sour cream and parsley.
