Terry, Iron Horse Inn, Cincinnati, OH Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Seafood Shrimp Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 c Fresh mushrooms -- sliced 1/4 c Onions -- chopped 1 ts Whole thyme 2 pn Garlic powder 3 ts Parsley -- chopped 3 tb Butter 36 lg Shrimp -- cleaned and halved - lengthwise 1/2 c Sherry 1 Lemon -- juice of 1 1/2 c Mornay sauce Saute the mushrooms, onoins, thyme, garlic, and parsley in the butter for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and saute for 1 minute more. Add the sherry, lemon juice, and Mornay sauce. Mix well for an additional 3 minutes and serve over rice pilaf.
