   2      tablespoons   taco meat
   1      teaspoon      light sour cream
                        shredded lettuce
     1/4  ounce         feta cheese -- crumbled
                        jalapeno chiles -- diced

Heat the taco meat in a small skillet.  Place on warm tortilla.  Top with
sour cream, lettuce, feta cheese and jalapeno chiles.  For 1 tortilla.
