* Exported from MasterCook II * Turkey Stroganoff Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Poultry Low Fat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 lb Ground turkey breast -- - up to 3/4 lb 1 md Onion -- sliced 2 cl garlic -- up to 3 cl, minced 2 ts Paprika 1 ts Dill weed 12 oz Fresh mushrooms -- sliced 2 c Skim milk 1/3 c Flour 2 tb Beef boullion granules Saute ground turkey with onion and garlic. Add paprika, dill weed, and mushrooms. Mix milk, flour, and boullion. Add to meat mixture. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until mushrooms and onion are cooked and mixture is thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir frequently. Just before serving, stir in 4 oz non-fat sour cream, serve over eggless noodles or pasta.
