MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Orange Onion Chicken Categories: Chicken Yield: 4 Servings 4 Chicken breast halves - (1-1/4 lb); - boneless, skinless 2 tb Cooking oil 1 1/4 c Water; divided 1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 c Onion; chopped 1/4 c Reduced-sodium fat-free - chicken broth 1/4 ts Ground ginger; up to 1/2 ts 2 tb Corn starch 2 Oranges; peeled & sectioned In a skillet, brown chicken in oil; drain. Add 1 cup water, orange juice, onion, broth, and ginger. Cover and simmer until chicken juices run clear, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove chicken; keep warm. Mix corn starch with remaining water; stir into skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Add the orange sections and heat through. Serve over the chicken.
