      Title: Potato Chip Chicken Strips
 Categories: Poultry, Potatoes, Dairy
      Yield: 10 Servings

      1 c  Sour cream
    1/8 ts Garlic salt
    1/8 ts Onion salt
    1/8 ts Paprika
     12 oz Bag potato chips; crushed
      2 lb Chicken; boned, skinned,
           - in 1" strips
    1/4 c  Butter; melted

           Salsa
           Barbecue sauce
           Sweet-and-sour sauce

  In a shallow bowl, combine sour cream and seasonings. Place crushed
  potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken strips in sour
  cream mixture, then coat with potato chips. Place in a greased
  15x10x1" baking pan. Drizzle with butter.

  Bake @ 400 F/205 C for 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is no
  longer pink. Serve with salsa or sauce.
