MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Ramen Noodle Stir Fry Categories: Pasta, Poultry, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 2 Servings 3 oz Block ramen noodles 8 oz Chicken; boned, skinned, - in 2" strips 2 ts Oil; divided 1 lg Bell pepper; diced 2/3 c Onion; chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 1/2 c Chicken broth 2 ts Soy sauce 1 ts Salt-free seasoning blend 1 sm Tomato; in wedges In a bowl, place noodles in 1-1/2 cups hot water for 2 minutes; drain and set aside. Discard seasoning package or save for another use. In a large nonstick skillet, stir-fry chicken in 1 ts oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir-fry the green pepper, onion, and garlic in remaining 1 ts oil until crisp-tender. Add the chicken, broth, soy sauce, seasoning blend, and noodles; toss gently. Add tomato; heat through.
