                         Chicken Broccoli Pockets

  26      oz            Can cream of chicken soup
   8      c             Chicken -- cooked, chopped
   8      c             Frozen chopped broccoli -OR-
   8      c             Fresh broccoli -- chopped,
                        - cooked
   4      c             Mozzarella cheese
   1      c             Onion -- chopped
                        Bread dough recipe

Mix all ingredients. Divide into 4 freezer bags placing about 4 cups
of mixture into each bag. Freeze.

(At this point I will often bake one batch and flash freeze for quick
lunches or snacks--to serve microwave on defrost until done. My dh
likes these in his lunch. The other three batches I freeze in bags to
cook up another day.)
