MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cabbage Goulash Categories: Greens, Pork, Vegetables, Chilies, Beef Yield: 12 Servings 1 lb Bulk pork sausage 1 lb Ground beef 1 lg Onion; chopped 28 oz Can diced tomatoes 6 oz Can tomato paste 2 tb Cider vinegar 1 tb Chilli spice mix 1 ts Garlic powder 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes - (optional) 10 c Cabbage; shredded In a large kettle, cook the sausage, beef, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
