MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pork Meatballs With Ginger & Fish Sauce Categories: Pork, Herbs, Vegetables, Breads Yield: 4 servings 2 tb Ginger; peeled, minced 1 tb Garlic; minced 1 tb Fish sauce 1 ts Fresh ground black pepper 1/2 ts Kosher salt 1/2 c Ritz crackers; fine crushed 1 lb Ground pork Set oven @ 425 F/218 C. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and use your hands to gently mix. Shape the meat into 12 golf-ball-size rounds (about 2" in diameter) and arrange on a greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve warm. TIP: Leftover meatballs freeze well and can be reheated in the oven @ 375 F/190 C until warmed through (about 20 minutes).
