Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Total time about 25 minutes, prep and all. Serve over rice, pasta or home made egg noodles. Notes: This is a quick and tasty little pork dish I like a lot. It makes up well with most any kind of preserves I have tried with it except my grandmother's watermelon rind preserves. Modified: 17 May 2015 to add tomatoes w/chilies, onion and bell pepper and increase yield to six servings. Well received as served with penne rigati. Served with pride from Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen since July 1993. Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen MMMMM
