                            Zesty Grilled Ham

   1      c             Brown sugar
     1/3  c             Horseradish
     1/4  c             Lemon juice
   1                    Ham steak -- fully cooked

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, horseradish, and lemon juice
to a boil. Brush over both sides of ham. Grill over medium-hot coals,
turning once, until heated through and well glazed, about 20 to
25 minutes.
