                     Grandma's Ham and Noodle Hot Dish

   1      can           Whole kernel corn
     1/2  cup           Green pepper -- chopped
     1/4  cup           Melted margarine
   1 1/2  cups          Corn flakes
     3/4  cup           Diced cheese
   2      cups          Cooked egg noodles
   1                    Egg -- beaten
   1      can           Cream chicken soup
   1      can           Cream mushroom soup
   1      slice         Ham in cubes

    SPAM can be used in place of ham.  Mix in order given and bake 1 hour
at 350 degrees.
