MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pork Chops With Parmesan Sauce Categories: Pork, Dairy, Cheese, Vegetables, Herbs Yield: 4 Servings 4 Pork loin chops (4 oz ea); - boned 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 tb Butter 2 tb A-P flour 1 c Milk 1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated 2 tb Onion; grated 3 ts Fresh parsley; minced 1/4 ts Fresh or dried thyme; minced 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chops in butter over medium heat until meat juices run clear; remove and keep warm. Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with chops. If desired, top with additional fresh thyme.
