      Title: Pizza Meat Loaf Cups
 Categories: Beef, Breads, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lg Egg; lightly beaten
    1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Onion; fine chopped
    1/2 c  Bell pepper; fine chopped
    1/4 c  Barbecue sauce
  1 1/2 lb 90% lean ground beef
      3 tb Ketchup; or more
 
  Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.
  
  Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly.
  Press about 1/3 cupful into each of 12 ungreased muffin cups.
  
  Bake 15 minutes. Brush tops of loaves with 3 tb ketchup; bake
  5-7 minutes.
  
  If desired, serve with additional ketchup.
