MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Devilled Meat Loaf Categories: Groundmeat, Beef, Cheese, Spicy Yield: 5 Servings 1 1/2 lb Lean mince 1 c Carrots; grated 1 md Onion 1/4 c Parsley; chopped 1 Egg; lightly beaten 1 ts Salt Fresh ground pepper 2 c Cheddar cheese; grated 1 tb Honey 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 3 ts Dry mustard 1 pn Cayenne pepper Combine the meat, carrot, onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Press into a 8x6" loaf pan and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Pour liquid from pan and turn out onto a heatproof serving dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and press over top of loaf. Place under a hot griller until bubbling and golden brown. Serve with extra devilled sauce for individual taste.
