* Exported from MasterCook * Skillet Lasagne Recipe By : Jean Allen (GRDG72B), Nov 1991 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beef Italian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb Ground beef 1 Env spaghetti sauce mix 1 lb Ricotta cheese 8 oz Lasagne noodles -- uncooked 1 ts Italian seasoning or oregano 1 tb Dried parsley Salt 16 oz Can crushed tomatoes 8 oz Can tomato sauce 1 c Water 8 oz Mozzeralla cheese -- shredded Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles. Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Lay on remaining noodles. Push down slightly to moisten. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
