------------- Recipe Extracted from Meal-Master (tm) v6.14 ------------------ Title: Round-Up Beef (For A Crowd) Categories: Beef Servings: 20 10 lb Round; cut into strips Oil; to brown meat 3 c Catsup 1 1/4 c Red wine vinegar 5 md Onions; chopped 1 c Unbleached flour 5 c Water 1 1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed 5 tb Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper; to taste Dredge strips of beef in flour, salt & pepper, brown in oil. Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, and onion. Stir well, heat, and pour over beef. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and cook covered until beef is tender, about 2 hours.
