* Exported from MasterCook * Honey Beef with Pineapple salsa Recipe By : Super food ideas ( Aug/sep 98) Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Mains -- Meat Side Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 ts Vegetable oil 2 tb Sesame seeds 2 cl Garlic -- crushed 500 g Beef strips 185 g Fresh snow pea pods -- trimmed 2 Zucchini -- chopped 3 tb Honey 1 tb Oyster sauce 2 tb Soy sauce Pineapple Salsa: 1/2 Fresh pineapple -- peeled, cored, chopped 2 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Fresh chives -- snipped 2 tb Lime juice 1 Fresh red chilli -- chopped Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove from wok and set aside. Add beef to wok. Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas, honey, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
