MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Antipasto Platter Categories: Beef, Beans, Mushrooms, Cheese, Chilies Yield: 16 Servings 24 oz Jar pepperoncini; drained 15 oz Can chickpeas; - rinsed, drained 2 c Fresh mushrooms; halved 2 c Cherry tomatoes; halved 1/2 lb Provolone cheese; in cubes 6 oz Can pitted ripe olives; - drained 3 1/2 oz Bag sliced pepperoni 8 oz Jug Italian vinaigrette - dressing Lettuce leaves In a large bowl, combine pepperoncini, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, provolone cheese, olives, and pepperoni. Pour vinaigrette over mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight. Arrange on a lettuce-lined platter. Serve with toothpicks.
