MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Beef In Mushroom Gravy Categories: Five, Beef, Vegetables, Soups Yield: 6 Servings 2 1/2 lb Beef top round steak 4 oz Onion soup mix (2 env) 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup; - undiluted 1/2 c Water Mashed potatoes (optional) Cut steak into 6 serving pieces; place in a 3 qt slow cooker. Combine soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef. Cook, covered, on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, serve with mashed potatoes.
