   1                    Egg white -- slightly beaten
     1/2  c             Parmesan cheese -- grated
   2      ts            Water
   4      c             Steaks (4 oz ea)
   1      ds            Pepper
   2      tb            Margarine
     1/2  c             Crackers -- finely crushed
   8      c             Pizza sauce

In shallow bowl, combine egg white, water & pepper. Set aside. On a
plate, combine cracker crumbs & cheese. Dip each cube steak into the
egg mixture, then the cracker/cheese mixture. In a large skillet,
melt margarine; brown steaks on both sides. Add pizza sauce & simmer
3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with remaining crumb mixture. Serve
immediately.

Yield: 4 Servings

Serve with Honey Butter Corn & an Italian Salad. Then for dessert
