MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Emmy-Azing T.V. Dinner
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Breads
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      2 lb Ground beef
      1 lg Egg
      1 c  Plain bread crumbs
      1 md Onion; diced
  1 1/4 c  Ketchup
      1 ts Garlic powder
           Salt & pepper
      2 lb Red potatoes; halved
  1 1/2 c  Baby carrots
      2 tb Olive oil
 
  Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, onions, 1 cup ketchup, salt, pepper,
  and garlic powder.
  
  Place in a baking pan and form into a loaf.
  
  Top with remaining ketchup. Set aside.
  
  Toss potatoes, carrots, salt, & pepper with olive oil.
  
  Surround loaf with vegetables and bake @ 350 F/175 C for
  45 to 55 minutes.
