      Title: Amazing Hot Dogs 'n' Beans Skillet
 Categories: Beef, Beans, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 tb Butter
      1 sm Onion; diced
     56 oz (4 cans) baked beans;
           - undrained
      6    All-beef hot dogs; thin
           - sliced
    1/4 c  Ketchup
      1 tb Yellow mustard
      1 c  Corn chips
 
  Heat grill to medium-high heat. Melt butter in a cast
  iron skillet. Add onion and saute until tender.
  
  Add remaining ingredients, except corn chips; mix well
  and cook 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated through,
  stirring occasionally.
  
  Top with corn chips and serve.
