      Yield: 2 Servings
 
     12 oz Cubed beef steaks
      4 oz Can mushroom stems & pieces;
           - undrained
     29 oz Stewed tomatoes (2 cans);
           - undrained
           Salt & pepper
 
  Brown meat lightly. Add mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes. Add
  tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes. Season to taste.
  
  Serve over rice.
