* Exported from MasterCook * Quick Fajitas with Pico De Gallo Recipe By : unknown Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : All Newly Typed Not Shared Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb Boneless sirloin steak -- - 3/4" thick, well trimmed 8 sm Flour tortilla -- warmed Marinade: 2 tb Fresh lime juice 2 ts Vegetable oil 2 cl Garlic -- crushed Pico de Gallo: 1 c Tomato -- seeded, chopped 1/2 c Zucchini -- diced 1/4 c Fresh cilantro -- chopped 1/4 c Prepared salsa 1 tb Fresh lime juice Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade ingredients, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile in medium bowl, combine Pico de Gallo ingredients; mix well. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2 to 3" from heat. Broil 9 to 12 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally.
