      Title: M*A*S*H Bratwurst Hash
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings

      4    Uncooked bratwurst;
           - casings removed
      1 md Bell pepper; cored, chopped
     20 oz Bag diced potatoes
           - with onion
      1 c  Corn niblets; thawed
    1/4 c  Sweet red pepper;
           - roasted, chopped
    1/4 ts Salt -OR-
    1/2 ts Seasoned salt
    3/4 c  Colby-Monterey Jack cheese;
           - shredded

  In a large nonstick skillet, cook bratwurst and green pepper over
  medium heat just until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up
  sausage into large crumbles, 4 to 6 minutes.

  Stir in potatoes, corn, red pepper, and salt; spread evenly onto
  bottom of skillet. Cook 10 minutes without stirring. Turn mixture
  over; cook until potatoes are tender, 7 to 8 minutes longer.
  Sprinkle with cheese.
