MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Corned Beef Goulash Categories: Beef Yield: 1 Batch 12 oz Can corned beef 1 lg Onion 2 lg Tomatoes 2 lg Potatoes 1 tb Canola oil 3 ts Paprika 1 c Water; boiling 2 lg Beef bouillon cubes Salt and pepper; to taste Peel and chop onion and halve tomatoes. Peel potatoes, cube, and cook until just done, but not soft. Cut corned beef into 1" cubes. Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water. Heat oil in large skillet, add onion and saute for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper and bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
