Categories: Five, Beef, Breads, Dairy Yield: 4 Servings 1/4 c Butter; in cubes 1/4 c A-P flour 2 c 2% milk 5 oz Thin sliced dried beef 8 sl Bread; toasted In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on high for 35 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute.
