MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Southwest Steak Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies Yield: 8 Servings 1/4 c Lime juice 6 cl Garlic; minced 4 ts Chilli spice mix 4 ts Canola oil 1 ts Salt 1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 1 ts Pepper 2 Flank steaks (1 lb ea) In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients; spread over both sides of steaks. Place in a large resealable plastic bag; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill steaks, covered, on a greased grill rack over medium heat or broil 4" from heat 6 to 9 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Let steaks stand 5 minutes.
