      Title: Chocolate-Chipotle Sirloin Steak
 Categories: Beef, Chilies, Chocolate
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 tb Baking cocoa
      2 tb Chopped chipotles in adobo
           - sauce
      4 ts Worcestershire sauce
      2 ts Brown sugar
    1/2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 lb Top sirloin steak
 
  Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until
  blended. Rub over beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  
  Grill beef, covered, over medium heat or broil 4" from heat for 8
  to 10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
