MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Beef Orange Stir-Fry Categories: Vegetables, Citrus, Beef, Rice, Chilies Yield: 2 servings 1 tb Corn starch 1/4 c Water; cold 1/4 c Orange juice 1 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Sesame oil Crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 lb Sirloin steak; in thin - strips 2 ts Oil; divided 3 c Sugar snap stir-fry Vegetable blend; thawed 1 cl Garlic; minced 1 c Hot cooked rice In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients until smooth; set aside. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 1 ts oil until no longer pink, 3-4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Stir-fry vegetable blend and garlic in remaining oil for 3 minutes. Stir corn starch mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add beef; heat through. Serve with rice.
