* Exported from MasterCook II * Marinated Sirloin Steak (Overnight) Recipe By : Karen Mattern, Taste of Home, Aug/Sep 1996 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Outdoor Cooking Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 lb Sirloin steak (1" thick) 1 1/2 c Water 3/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1 md Onion -- chopped 2 tb White wine vinegar 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Dijon mustard 2 cl Garlic -- minced 2 ts Dried parsley flakes 1 ts Dried thyme 1 ts Italian seasoning 1 ts Pepper Place steak in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals until meat is cooked as desired, about 6 to 7 minutes per side for rare, 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium, or 11 to 13 minutes for well-done. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
