                       Rolled Roast Beef Tortillas

     1/2  c             Light mayonnaise or
                        - low fat mayonnaise dressing
   1      tb            Dijonnaise creamy mustard blend
   1      tb            Ketchup
   1      cl            Garlic -- minced
   4                    Flour tortillas (8") -OR-
   2                    Sahara pitas --
                        - separated into 4 rounds
     1/2  lb            Roast beef -- sliced
                        Lettuce leaves
   7      oz            Jar roasted red peppers --
                        - drained
   1      sm            Red onion -- thinly sliced

In small bowl stir mayonnaise, creamy mustard blend, ketchup, and
garlic.

Spread each tortilla generously with mayonnaise mixture. Top with
roast beef, lettuce, roasted red peppers, onion, and additional
mayonnaise mixture. Roll up; cut diagonally in half.
