                             Zucchini Quiche

   3      c             Zucchini -- grated
   1      sm            Onion -- grated
   1      c             Bisquick
   4                    Eggs
     1/2  c             Oil
     1/2  c             Cheese -- grated
     1/2  ts            Parsley flakes
     1/2  ts            Oleo
     1/2  ts            Salt
     1/4  ts            Pepper

Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 9" pie plate. * Can add
green pepper and little tomatoes for color. Bake at 350 F for
30 minutes until soft.
