                             Cauliflower Pie

   3      c             Cauliflower flowerets
                        Nonstick cooking spray
   8      oz            Nonfat sour cream
     1/2  c             Egg Beaters(R) 99% egg substitute
   2      oz            Feta cheese
   1      ts            Garlic powder -OR-
   2      cl            Garlic -- minced
   1      ts            Dill
     1/4  ts            Salt
     1/4  ts            Ground black pepper
     1/3  c             Bread crumbs
     1/4  ts            Paprika

Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or until tender. Drain. Arrange in a
shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Pour over cauliflower.

Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower.

Bake, uncovered at 375 F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
