                        Spinach Brown Rice Quiche

   4      c             Cooked brown rice
     1/3  c             Butter -- melted
  10      oz            Frozen spinach -- thawed
     1/4  c             Green onion -- chopped
   3                    eggs -- up to 4, well beaten
   2      c             Velveeta cheese -- shredded
     1/4  ts            Tabasco sauce

Pour over rice. Mix all ingredients and pour into a large lightly
greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes. Let cool before
cutting.
