                         Spinach - Turkey Quiche

  10      oz            Cheddar cheese -- shredded
   8      oz            Cottage cheese
   1      c             Ricotta cheese
   1      c             Turkey -- cooked, chopped
  10      oz            Frozen chopped spinach -- thawed
   4 1/2  oz            Can chopped mushrooms -- drained
     1/4  c             Onion -- chopped
     1/2  ts            Salt
     1/4  ts            Pepper
   2      tb            Flour
   2                    Unbaked pie shells

Making sure spinach is thawed and mushrooms are drained, mix
ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350 F oven for
30 to 40 minutes.
