                           Salami Pizza Quiche

   1                    Unbaked pastry crust
   1 1/2  c             Half & half
   4      oz            Hard salami -- minced
   4      lg            Eggs
     1/2  ts            Oregano
     1/4  ts            Garlic powder
   2      c             Mozzarella -- shredded
   1      c             Pizza sauce

Beat together half and half, oregano, garlic, and eggs. Place in
pastry crust: minced salami and 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella. Pour egg
mixture of cheese and salami. Add remaining 1/2 cheese over top. Bake
at 375 F for 40 minutes. Spoon hot pizza sauce over each serving.
