                           Italian Beef Au Jus

   1                    Beef Roast for Crock-pot
   1      package       Italian salad dressing mix
   1      can           Beef broth
     1/2  can           Water

  Place roast in slow coooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over  
beef. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served with  
hard rolls or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice, with  
broth thickened with flour.
