      Title: Crockpot Green Chili Chicken Stew

      5 md Chicken breast halves;
           - boned, skinned,
           - cut in 1" cubes
  1 1/4 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Dried sage
      2 lg Onions; chopped
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      1 tb Cider vinegar
      6 sm Red potatoes; quartered
      3 lg Poblano peppers; seed, dice
     10 sm Tomatillos; husked, chopped
  1 1/2 c  Chicken broth
    1/2 c  Cilantro; chopped
 
  Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crockpot. Cover and
  cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Serve garnished with chopped
  cilantro.
