      Title: Israeli Wheat Berry Stew

      Yield: 6 servings
 
 
        5 c  water
    1 1/2 c  Great northern beans
        1 c  wheat berries
        6 sm potatoes -- cut in half
        1 lg onion -- sliced
        4    cloves garlic -- minced
        5 ts cumin -- ground
        3 ts tumeric
      1/2 ts black pepper -- ground
  
  Mix together all ingredients in crockpot.  Cook at
  high 8 to 10 hours.
