MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Slow-Cooked Pizza Casserole Categories: Beef, Sauces, Vegetables, Cheese, Pasta Yield: 12 Servings 3 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Onion; chopped 24 oz Jar pasta sauce 9 oz Sliced mushrooms (2 jars); - drained 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Dried oregano ds Pepper 16 oz Wide egg noodles; cooked, - drained 7 oz Sliced pepperoni 2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded In a Dutch oven, brown beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; crumble beef; drain. Add the spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper; heat through. Spoon half the mixture into a 5 qt slow cooker. Top with half the noodles, pepperoni, and cheeses. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until cheese is melted.
