                          Crockpot Lemon Chicken

   4      lb            Chicken pieces
     1/4  c             All-purpose flour
   2      tb            Cooking oil
   6      oz            Frozen lemonade concentrate --
                        - thawed
   3      tb            Brown sugar
   3      tb            Catsup
   2      tb            Water
   2      tb            Corn starch
   3      c             Cooked rice
   1 1/4  ts            Salt

Combine flour with salt; coat chicken thouroughly.

Brown chicken pieces in oil and drain.

Stir together lemonade, sugar, catsup, and vinegar.

Place chicken in crockpot and pour lemonade mixture over it. (The
chicken, not the crockpot.)

ook on high 3 to 4 hours.

Drain liquid into saucepan; add corn starch and boil until reduced.

Pour gravy back over chicken; serve over rice.
