                  Pineapple Sausage & Bean Crockpot Meal

  18      oz            Pineapple chunks in light syrup
  30      oz            Kidney beans (2 cans)
   1      lb            Reduced fat Polish Kielbasa --
                        - cut 1" thick
   2      tb            Brown sugar
   2      tb            Cider vinegar
   2      tb            Flour

Mix all ingredients in slower cooker or crock pot on low setting for
5 hours or high setting for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.

Yield: 6 Servings
