* Exported from MasterCook * Squash Casserole Recipe By : Sharon Frye Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casseroles Cheese Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Lb Yellow Squash -- Chopped (About 4 Sm. 1 Whole Onion -- Chopped 3 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine 2 Whole Eggs -- Beaten 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1 Tsp Salt 1 C Milk 1 C Cracker Crumbs -- (Saltines) Dash Pepper Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine squash, onion, & butter in a skillet. Saute until squash is tender, then coarsely mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish.
