* Exported from MasterCook Mac * Hashbrown Casserole Recipe By : Eat-L with adaptations by Betsy Burtis Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casseroles Potatoes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 c Butter -- melted 1 Can cream of chicken soup 3 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded, - divided 8 oz Sour cream Salt and pepper -- to taste 2 lb Hashed brown potatoes -- cubes 2 c Corn flakes -- crushed 1/2 c Butter In a large bowl, mix together melted butter with soup, 2 cups cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper, if desired. Add potatoes and stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into 9x13" pan. Top with flakes and then remaining 1 cup of cheese.
