---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Best Broccoli Casserole Categories: Vegetables, Casseroles Yield: 6 Servings 1 c Water 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Instant rice 1/4 c Butter 1/4 c Chopped onion 1/4 c Celery; chopped 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup 1/2 c American cheese; diced 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli; - thawed Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice; cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and celery until tender.
