      Title: Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Casserole
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 8 Servings

 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
           - undiluted
      1 c  Sour cream
  1 1/2 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
           - shredded, divided
      6 oz Can French-fried onions;
           - divided
     32 oz Broccoli florets (2 bags0;
           - thawed

  Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.

  In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and
  1-1/4 cups onions; heat through over medium heat, stirring until
  blended, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli. Transfer to a greased
  2 qt baking dish.

  Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the
  remaining cheese and onions. Bake until cheese is melted, 10 to
  15 minutes.
